All JLC Solutions product are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty.
To receive a Return Authorization Form please fill out the form below. Serial numbers are not necessary but they will help us expedite the process. They can be found on the bottom of the unit.
We will continue to service our products that are no longer under warranty.
When we receive items not under the warranty period our service department will inspect the unit(s) and create an estimate that will be submitted for your approval. Should you choose to have us make the repairs a purchase order to cover the estimated amount will be required.
